Well, I have not posted in a long time so I'll try and do an update on the family. I find that it is hard to get on the pc these days and I find that when I want to write something that I think of it in my head but never find the time to write it down.
So the reason I have not been on the computer much is because of home schooling, but that is okay because I feel like so far home schooling has been a huge blessing to all of us. Not that it is always easy but boy has it been wonderful. Besides being able to challenge my children more academically I also feel that we are growing to rely on each other as a family more. I love spending time w/ all my kids and enjoy that I get to be with them more then their teacher. I am also noticing that as they spend more time together that they fight less. Not that they never fight (boy would that be nice) but I believe they have learned to work things out better and I find that another huge blessing.
I think the biggest challenge is entertaining our little guy but I have made changes and we are doing the best we can. He gets two a.m. when it is just him and me and I think both of us love that time. We take gymnastics one day which he loves (and he is working on cartwheels and can push up to a hand stand at times). The biggest problem with entertaining BT is that he never sits still and loves to throw things. We did do a big clean up of the play room and his toys are easier to find and we take turns playing with him as we work on school.
Logan and Kendra also did soccer this year and both really enjoyed it. It was both of their first years and I think they got a lot out of it. Logan began to blossom by the end of the season and Kendra, when she was not chatting, could get after it too. B is a natural and can already kick the soccer ball.
L & K continue with martial arts and are both doing great and in a few months L will be in their advance kids club which he is so excited about.
But besides that we are doing well. We are already on Christmas break so I am a little antsy with no routine and not knowing what to do in the cold wet weather but we are having fun and I'm enjoying some down time.
Merry Christmas
